31st ANNUAL ILLINOIS STATE SCRAMBLE

Saturday APRIL 27 & Sunday APRIL 28, 2013

ENTRIES CLOSE: April 23rd, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. in the Village Greens Golf Shop. Payment must accompany entry.

EVENT: The Illinois State Scramble is a 36 hole two-person scramble format played at scratch. Winners will be determined by low gross score. Ties for the first place trophies will be decided by a scorecard playoff from #18 going in reverse if necessary. An estimated purse of $12,500.00 will be awarded. Payouts will be in the form of merchandise credit and will be awarded to approximately one-third of the field. An optional skins game will be held for $40.00 per team per day. Skin payouts will be cash and 100% of the pot will be distributed. Only teams who are in Saturday’s skins game will be eligible for Sunday’s skins. If no skins are awarded Saturday the pot carries over to Sunday. Estimated skins payout is $5,500.00.

ELIGIBILITY: Any golfer. We discourage golf professionals and/or players who regularly compete for cash prizes in professional events from participating.

PAIRINGS: Saturday’s pairings will be available beginning April 24th at 1:00 p.m. Pairings will be e-mailed to participants, will be available on-line at www.villagegreensgolf.com, or obtained by calling the golf shop. Playing partners and starting times can be requested for Saturday but are not guaranteed. Preferences will be honored based upon the order entries are received. Please indicate Saturday preferences on this application. Sunday’s pairing will be made by order of finish on Saturday. Sorry, no exceptions.

ENTRY FEE: $300.00 per team. Pay by April 18^th before 6pm and save $50.00 per team. After April 17th Entry fee is $350 per team. Entry includes greens fee, tee gift, prizes, trophies, and lunch on Sunday. Carts are extra.
