No prepayments of Greens Fees

Unlike other courses, at Village Greens we do NOT require a pre-payment of Greens Fees for the entire golf season.

I understand their rationale…they know weekend times are in great demand, and requiring pre-payment of fees allows them to guarantee their weekend morning revenue for the season while putting your hard earned money in their bank account during the slow, winter months.

We don’t believe in earning interest off of YOUR money.

At Village Greens, you pay your greens fees as you go…week by week.

Other course operators scratch their heads and wonder how we can afford the revenue ‘loss’ from someone who no-shows. I explain to them that we never have a problem with no-shows at Village Greens, because we have such a good rapport and relationship with our permanent tee time customers, and they appreciate the fact that they can pay week-to-week, that they are respectful and courteous enough to let us know if they can’t fulfill their 4-some on any given week. We almost always end up re-selling the time, and our customers appreciate the fact that they haven’t forfeited any money. It’s a bit old-fashioned, but it’s how we believe business should be done.
