After all, this is your (or your loved one's) special day, and life offers us few too many of these opportunities to cherish and remember. But you want to enjoy the day as well...after all, there's a little one on the way that you have to prepare for. And that little one needs presents...lot of presents...so you can't blow the budget on this event, but you don't want to appear cheap either.
We understand, the most important part of the day is to put the parents-to-be at ease so they can enjoy every minute. The second most important part of the day is for you, the planner to relax, so you can enjoy every minute. We will make that happen.
Sure, you could have the baby shower at your home. But is crowding all of those people into your dining room really a viable option?
Sure, you could have the shower at a restaurant. But is it truly relaxing and enjoyable when 100 other diners are trying to eat at the same time? Will you get the service and attention you need, and deserve?
Sure, you could rent a banquet hall. But that could break the budget.
Or, you could contact Village Greens and utilize our quaint banquet room...and have it all to yourself...with excellent food...at affordable prices...with no extra banquet room rental fees.
Our room is the perfect size for most baby showers...we seat up to 80 people comfortably...large tables, sleak chairs, simple yet elegant decor. We even have 2 - 52" flat screen TV's - use one to show a DVD of the mommy-to-be as a young girl, or a Powerpoint with the rules of the crazy baby games that you're going to make your guests play, and a Bluetooth sound bar to feature your playlist (its all free of charge at Village Greens). We serve all kinds of drinks...everything from freshly brewed iced tea for the mom-to-be to a rockin' Manhattan for crazy Aunt Mildred.
We host dozens of Baby Showers every year...it's one of our favorite events. Everyone is so excited, the decorations are fun and unique, the typical size of the event fits perfectly with our room - people aren't lost in some enormous banquet room or stuffed in the corner of a restaurant, and they're free to move about and socialize. There's also plenty of room for a couple of large tables for all of those adorable gifts that need to be opened, and a separate table for punch and the cake (feel free to provide your own cake)...but we also recommend some of our tasty offerings for a sweets table.
In our experience, most Baby Showers range from $14.50 per person to $21.95 per person depending on menu choices, with the 'average' being about $17.50. We'll add tax and a gratuity, but there are NO other 'hidden' fees...no bartender fees, no room clean-up fees, no 'you used our knive to cut the cake so that's an extra $1.00' fee...we want to simplify your life at this most exciting of times.

P.S. Tell the Daddy-to-be that we also have a TV in the golf shop and make amazing Bloody Mary's, so if he needs to escape to the (ahem) 'bathroom' for a few minutes, he can sneek next door to the golf shop and check on the score of the ball game. We won't tell... it happens all the time.
